Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • Betar Racking Solutions offers a 1-year limited warranty on all pallet racking products against manufacturing defects and structural failures. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original purchaser only.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, natural disasters or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims

  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue with the product. This can be done by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.
  • Betar Racking Solutions reserves the right to inspect the product in question to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, neglect, misuse or failure to follow maintenance guidelines provided by Betar Racking Solutions.
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents or discoloration that do not affect the structural integrity of the product are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Remedies

  • If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, Betar Racking Solutions will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund for the purchase price.
  • The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service unless otherwise specified by Betar Racking Solutions.

Limitation of Liability

  • Betar Racking Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
  • The total liability of Betar Racking Solutions under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

Warranty Transfer

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users.

Governing Law

  • This warranty is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from warranty claims will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction
