Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of pallet racking products and services provided by Betar Racking Solutions. By using our products and services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

  1. Product Use:
    1. Our pallet racking products are intended for industrial and commercial use only. They are designed to safely store and organize goods in warehouses, distributions centres and other similar facilities.
    2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the pallet racking systems are installed and used in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Ordering and Payment:
    1. Orders for pallet racking products can be placed through email, by phone or in person. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
    2. Payment for orders is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks and electronic transfers.
  3. Shipping and Delivery:
    1. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the size and weight of the pallet racking products, as well as the customer’s location.
    2. We will make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner and provide tracking information for shipments. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
  4. Returns and Exchanges:
    1. If you are not satisfied with your pallet racking products, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the receipt. Products must be in their original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.
    2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the products are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  5. Warranty:
    1. Our pallet racking products are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failures. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation or natural disasters.
    2. Customers must follow the installation instructions and maintenance guidelines provided with the products to maintain the warranty coverage.
  6. Limitation of Liability:
    1. Betar Racking Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our pallet racking products or services.
    2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
  7. Governing Law:
    1. The laws of Australia govern the Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from the use of our products and services will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.
